HEJO’s Chinese restaurant is a seafood speciality restaurant locate in Hobart. We offer fresh Tasmania seafood and traditional Chinese food.

The owners were once students in UTAS and resided in Tasmania. They were so deeply attracted to the culture and the natural ingredients around and decided to combine these ingredients to create a unique fusion of styles. Each of our unique dishes is delicately prepared and presented by our Master Chef and inspired by the abundance of Tasmanian produce, from a wide range of organic vegetables to fresh seafood.
