Gourmet Mushrooms, Locally Grown.

Mr Brown & Towns is an urban farm based in Launceston. We grow 10+ varieties of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms, delivering them to venues throughout Northern Tasmania and also provide direct to public sales at the Launceston Harvest Market each Saturday.

We primarily grow our mushrooms on waste products and produce little waste of our own in the process.
