Liquori Della Tasmania

Osare (pronounced o’ za-ray) in Italian, means to dare. Dare is both my son and my maternal grandfather’s middle name. Osare’s journey started by making Limoncello from backyard fruit from the neighbourhood, and has now extended to a range of liquori made from garden and wild ingredients. Osare produces Liquori, alcoholic drinks with natural flavours obtained through infusion, not to be confused with overly sweet liqueurs. Our aim is to extract the pure flavours of our island home in bottled form. Osare’s current range includes Limoncello (lemon), Amaro (bitter herbal), Finocchietto (fennel), Nocino (green walnut) and Mirto (myrtle berry).
